UNESCO, DEDI Partnered in sub-regional policy forum

UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) and UNESCO Cairo Office have partnered with the Danish Egyptian Dialogue Institute (DEDI in organizing a sub-regional policy forum under the title “Support to Vulnerable Youth in the Arab State”.

The forum, which took place from December 17 to 20, has tackled literacy and basic life skills for vulnerable youth for eight countries in the Arab region. It provided a space for policy-makers and practitioners to identify vulnerable groups of young men and women in respective countries and to analyze existing policies and programmed which provide literacy and life skills education for them
