The sun casts its rays on a photo of a young woman; she is looking calmly into the camera, holding the gaze of people passing by on their way to get groceries or going to school. Throughout March, you can find the photo of Hajar al-Beltaji here, in the public square of Kalundborg and the high school Vejen Gymnasium in Vejen, located in the Southern part of Denmark.

A taste of Framing Life

DEDI and DMJX are delighted to show a first glimpse of the 11 photo series that will be showcased at the ‘Framing Life’ photo exhibition at Kodak Passageway. Following four intensive workshops over the course of one year run by The Danish School of Media & Journalism, eleven talented photographers have produced photo stories developed throughout their participation in ‘The Language of Photojournalism’ course.

A Celebration of Storytelling

More than 1200 people visited the ‘Framing Life’ exhibition taking place in Downtown Cairo. Eleven photographers showcased their compelling, intimate, and personal photo stories as a result of four workshops at DEDI given by teachers from the Danish Media and Journalism School.
