Green entrepreneurship and innovation in the field of fashion are on top of the agenda of DEDI Green Gate 2022. We had the privilege of receiving almost 100 applications and after many a difficult choice, we shared the good news of them being selected with 23 amazing young people.

Following four intensive workshops over the course of one year run by The Danish School of Media & Journalism, eleven talented photographers have produced photo stories developed throughout their participation in ‘The Language of Photojournalism’ course.

One of the Arab world’s most influential novels has been translated to many languages, but for some reason never found its way to a Danish publisher. Now, almost 100 years after it was first published, with support from DEDI, the book can finally be read in Danish. Together with the Danish folk high school Johan Borups, DEDI organized an event last May to celebrate the publication.

A project that began in a small showroom in Cairo has now reached the Danish Museum Trapholt, where 13 pieces of furniture that have design prompts from Danish, Egyptian, and Pharaonic design culture were exhibited alongside world-famous designers.
