From the 10th to 15th March 2017, The Civic Education for Participation Program held it is forth activities in 2017 under the title: “Dialogue on Economy and Budgeting”. The workshop will include twenty-six participants from all around the country.
The main aim of the workshop was to build the capacities of young people and equip them with the basic Economic knowledge required to be able to actively participate in the public sphere. The workshop was designed to create an experiential learning environment to provide young people with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes in that aspect.
By the end of the camp, the participants acquired knowledge about, Economic main theories and models, processes, analysis, as well as Macro and micro Economics in relation to the Egyptian reality. The participants also will acquire skills such as critical thinking, dialogue, participatory leadership and consensus building.
