Youth Exchange Program 2017: Youth Participation and Civic Engagement

The Youth Exchange Programme for the year 2017 took place in Alexandria, from 30 April to 5 May. The event was attended by 11 European and 18 Arabic participants. More than 20 speakers from academic, political and civil society backgrounds introduced valuable input. Moreover, the interactive activities created a dialogue among the participants that generated plenty of useful ideas.

The 2017 forum tackled the role of participation in enhancing inclusion with a special focus on youth and women. The forum discussed also the shape of the future cooperation between DEDI, Swedalex and Youth Exchange Alumni in organizing future events.
