DEDI encourages all Egyptian cinema students interested in documentaries to apply for accreditation to the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival 2021 (CPH:DOX). If you get admitted, DEDI could cover your admission fee.
The Copenhagen-based film festival CPH:DOX offers an extensive program of documentary films from all over the world. The festival is one of the biggest in the world, featuring 90+ documentaries every year. Because of COVID-19, the festival will take place online, making it possible for people from all around the world to join the festival and its unique programs such as CPH:Academy.

CPH:Academy
CPH:Academy 2021 is intended for students enrolled at an institution of higher education such as a university, film school, or art academy and who are interested in documentaries.
Accreditation to CPH:Academy 2021 gives access to the full program of the film festival including talks and networking events. It also allows you to apply for the festival’s Masterclasses.
DEDI offers to cover the accreditation fee for a limited number of Egyptian students on a first-come-first-served basis.

How to apply
- Apply for accreditation to CPH:DOX through this link before April 1st, 2021. The selection for the Academy is made by the festival based on your profile.
- If the festival admits you, send an email to DEDI (info@dedi.org.eg) with your name, a copy of the accreditation, and the link to pay for the accreditation. DEDI will cover the accreditation fee on a first-come-first-served basis.
The offer is only available for Egyptian students.
